Primary audience: Faculty and PDS Student Representatives
Faculty, staff and teacher candidates attend the annual National Association for School-University Partnerships (NASUP) conference to network with peers from across the nation, and to engage in dialogue that enhances their academic and professional endeavors.
Fall Semester - September
Primary audience: All stakeholders (including teacher candidates!)
The PDS Conference is held annually at the beginning of each fall semester. This September event brings together all PDS stakeholders including school teachers and administrators, campus faculty and staff, teacher candidates, and P-12 learners. Please check the PDS Conference page for the March 1 call for proposals and the invitation to register.
Ongoing
Primary audience: All stakeholders (including teacher candidates!)
The PDS Consortium holds three to four regular meetings each year, located at PDS sites across WNY. All members of the Consortium are encouraged to attend. Elected Advisory Council members meet separately after each full consortium meeting.
Fall Semester - September
Primary audience: Teacher candidates
Teacher Tailgate is an annual open house gathering of education students, staff, and faculty to extend relationships across academic boundaries and share information and opportunities with teacher candidates.
Spring Semester - April
Primary audience: Teacher candidates
Beyond and Back is an annual event meant to bring full circle all of the global and service learning activities completed by our students and faculty – sharing what has been done and what is possible for those interested in doing even more.
